THE MAYORS OF SHIPROCK

The Mayors of Shiprock is a 52-minute documentary which follows the lives of the members of the Northern Dine Youth Committee for over four years, as they work to make their community a better place to live.

CURRENTLY IN POST-PRODUCTION and partially funded by Vision Maker Media and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Hidden Talents follows Navajo artist James Woolenshirt King as he begins his painting entitled "Hidden Talents." King discusses his inspiration, his work and his process as we discover this exceptional Navajo artist and get a glimpse into life on the Navajo Nation.

A RETURN HOME(Documentary 31 min.)

After 37 years of living in the city, artist B. Emerson Kitsman learns how difficult life can be on the reservation. But, through her art she learns how to bridge the gap.

Helena and Nelson Bitsilly have been making the arduous journey up and down the Chuska Mountains with their herd of sheep for decades. This year's journey could be the last one.

When Opal Shorty is beat up by the town bully, she and her friend Bunny are forced to take matters into their own hands.
